Every entry has an equal chance of winning, and once all tickets are sold or the closing date is reached, the winner is selected through a live random draw. We clearly display the total number of tickets available, the entry price, and the closing date for every competition. The live draw is shown publicly on our social media channels so all entrants can watch the winner being selected in real time. To keep everything trustworthy, winners are contacted directly and their prize handover is shared publicly (with permission). We also offer a free postal entry route in line with UK competition regulations, ensuring everyone has a fair chance to participate. Our goal is to make every competition honest, exciting, and fully transparent from start to finish.

Entering our competitions is quick and simple. Participants choose the live competition they want to enter, answer the required skill-based question, and then complete the secure £5 payment through Stripe. Once payment is successful, their entry is confirmed. Before entering, customers should know that:
  • entrants must be 18+ and UK residents
  • all entries are final and non-refundable
  • only correct answers qualify
  • a maximum of 2,500 entries are available for this competition
  • the draw takes place once all tickets are sold
  • the winner is selected through a live public draw

What happens when someone wins, and how do they claim their prize?
Once all tickets are sold, the competition closes and the winner is selected through a live public draw streamed on our social media pages for full transparency. The winner is contacted directly by phone and email within 24 hours of the draw. To claim the prize, the winner must provide valid proof of identity, proof of age (18+), and confirmation of the correct competition answer. The prize — our white Audi A5 Coupe — will be transferred to the winner within 14 days, subject to verification checks. Collection can be arranged from our registered location, and delivery options may also be discussed where possible. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to conduct a redraw to ensure the competition concludes fairly. For transparency, we may share the winner’s first name, location, and prize handover photos or videos (with permission) on our website and social media channels.
