Once all tickets are sold, the competition closes and the winner is selected through a live public draw streamed on our social media pages for full transparency. The winner is contacted directly by phone and email within 24 hours of the draw. To claim the prize, the winner must provide valid proof of identity, proof of age (18+), and confirmation of the correct competition answer. The prize — our white Audi A5 Coupe — will be transferred to the winner within 14 days, subject to verification checks. Collection can be arranged from our registered location, and delivery options may also be discussed where possible. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to conduct a redraw to ensure the competition concludes fairly.
